Meet David Lee
I joined the PatientLink family in early 2016, and I was instantly drawn to the team’s daily commitment to effecting positive and progressive change in the healthcare industry. It has been, and continues to be, a great privilege to be a small part of that change. The most challenging aspect of my job, which also happens to be my favorite, is working with clients to conceptualize the best solutions for their respective organizations and practices, and then watching as our brilliant development team brings those concepts to life.
Outside of work, my lovely wife, two children, and I enjoy traveling, home renovation projects, music, books, and most importantly, seeing how many times we can squeeze in quotes from “The Office” into our daily conversation.
Meet Marlon Carbone
In my off time, I can be seen studying music theory, reading (I’m pretty partial to Sci-Fi), spending time with my rescued animals (I have 3 dogs and 3 cats), playing an instrument, or marrying my wife (I try to do that every year). I love to travel and have a passion for photography as well. I have my own recording studio that doubles as my home office, replete with instruments hanging all over the place.
Yet another one of my passions is spicy food. Almost yearly, I go to the Fire Food Festival (in Albuquerque, NM) to try all of the newest and most extreme hot sauces. I have racks, on the walls, in my home, full of special sauces from around the world. If you ever need an explanation of the SHU (Scoville Heat Unit) and how hot some hot sauce is, I’m a pretty good resource.
Meet Kari Castille
I feel so proud to be working for my mother, who has always been my role model and cheerleader for success. I love our PatientLink family and I wouldn’t want to be anywhere but here. ❤️🤓⚕️🤝
Meet Ravi Ramasamy
Meet Lance Ayers
In my spare time, I enjoy many activities that range from outdoor adventures like white water rafting to peaceful retreats to the mountains, beach, or a cozy cabin on the lake.
Some of my favorite things are spending time with my family, serving my community with friends and church family, preparing (but mostly eating) good smoked Barbeque, and renovating and residential properties.
I have worked as an EHR Analyst for a decade but my passion to help others is what drew me to PatientLink. I greatly respect and appreciate the work of our health care providers. Being able to provide clinical staff with tools to ease the burden of manually entering patient data and enabling physicians and their staff more time to engage with their patients in a meaningful way, is the drive behind what I do at PatientLink. Helping health care workers help the people in our communities is my top priority.

My husband and I have been together for a few years – 33 years to be exact! We adore our beautiful daughter and her wonderful husband. We spend loads of time spoiling our dog Maggie, a sweet and very funny black lab. We cherish time with family, believe tacos ARE nature’s most perfect food and hockey IS the greatest sport. The only arguments we ever have is over the radio dial or remote control. I love cooking, genealogy, a good book and gardening. I’m pretty shy and quiet until you get to know me, but I really enjoy speaking with our clients. I’m scared of cats and public speaking (I’d rather write the speech than give it!). I do love a good thrill moment (you have to in order to live in tornado alley!): Although it’s incredibly dangerous, so I wouldn’t recommend it, when I was much younger, I might’ve voluntarily slid down the spillway at the Lake Ponca dam once or twice.

Meet Brian Beahan
In my personal life, I have numerous hobbies that I try to keep up with. Building computers from scratch, networking, and IoT have been my passion for many years. At this point, I should be a silent owner of Hue lights and Western Digital hard drives for all of the purchases, I’ve made. I also have a strong passion for weight lifting. I jokingly consider myself a “Chipotle sponsored athlete” because it’s my favorite meal after the gym. I feel that fitness and health are incredibly important to a happy life. Strengthens the body and the mind. I also enjoy home improvement projects, scuba diving, playing guitar, riding dirt bikes, photography, videography, and video games. When I am not working on my hobbies, I can be found traveling to a new country or place. I really like discovering new things, food, people and will continue to travel as much as I possibly can.
Meet Allan Cich
Occasionally I enjoy being a grease monkey. I’m currently rebuilding my 1969 Mini Innocenti. It is the Italian version of Mr. Bean’s car. It will probably take me a year or so to build since I enjoy the rebuild process. Eventually I’ll get it back on the road. I plan on being one of those old guys driving around in a vintage car.

Meet Angela Unruh
I have been a software developer writing code for more than twenty years. I can truly say that I am one of those fortunate people that absolutely loves what they do. When I was a little girl, my Dad would play games and ask me to solve problems based on real-world situations. It must have stuck because I love challenges. Those close to me know that giving up is not in my vocabulary. Working at PatientLink has allowed me to take that determination and apply it to products that actually DO make a difference in our World.
I love to travel to sunny destinations, especially Mexico. There is just something about the warm sun and the white sand that captured my heart many years ago. When I’m not south of the border, I enjoy all-things outdoors. I love animals both big and small. My partner in crime these days is my loyal companion Goldie Hawn, a 12-lb goldendoodle and together, skies the limit!
Meet Grant Mantin
I love to travel around the world. I have been to 20 different countries in two different continents. I’m planning on adding two more countries and continents once the global pandemic calms down. Until then, setting up a hammock on the backyard deck and watching the pond is the next best way to unwind after a long day.
In order to work off the extraordinary amount of Dominos I eat, I love spending my time rock climbing. There are some excellent indoor gyms in Oklahoma to practice on. On good weekends, I meet up my friends at state parks and go climb outdoor for a weekend and catch up.
Meet Chris Rice
I have lived in Oklahoma all my life; I reside just south of OKC and I am currently prepping to buy my first home. I don’t have any pets at the moment, but I absolutely love corgi’s, cutest dogs ever! In my free time I work to stay active whether that is kayaking, running, working out, camping or fishing. I also like to sing karaoke, play video games, cook new recipes, and going on road trips. My two most profound hobbies are shooting pool (billiards) and playing golf, both of which I am exceptionally good (I have the trophies and plaques to provide as evidence 😊). I enjoy them both because of the mental aspect. As DDP says “Life is 10% what happens to you and 90 % how you react”.
Meet Jay Gustafson
Meet Brittany Wolf
I originally joined the PatientLink family as an Implementation Specialist in 2012 and quickly transitioned to Implementation Manager. After passing my CCNA exam the following year, I left the company to pursue another opportunity in enterprise network and system administration. Fast-forward a few years and I’ve found my way back to the team, this time as the MyLinks Network Administrator. Great to be back!
Work aside I basically live for shifting gears and spirited driving in my 6speed. Grey is my favorite color. I love the summertime and obscure hip-hop. I’m obsessed with pickles and other vinegary things. I enjoy learning, geocaching and jigsaw puzzles. I have a longstanding affinity for Japan and the most amazing experience of my life thus far was exploring the land of the rising sun SOLO! These two chicks are my heart and help me pass the time – GG (Weimaraner mix) and Kyuu (Tabby cat.)
Meet Dylan Parmley
In my free time, I am an avid gamer who enjoys a classic table top game as much as an online game. Some of my favorites include World of Warcraft, Wingspan and Twilight Imperium. When I’m not gaming, you can find me at the Rock-Climbing gym most likely falling off of a project I’m working on. When I’m too worn out to climb, I’m probably curled up on the couch with my cat, Moco, watching a documentary about birds.
Meet Debi Willis
My mother was a science and math teacher for high school and then later a professor at LSU. When I was in elementary school and did not have classes due to holidays at my school, I went to school with mom and sat in the back of class while she taught. I was very puzzled in her math classes when she placed problems on the board. I could not understand how A plus B could possibly equal C. Since it was clear I could not figure that one out, I made myself busy by designing my own math puzzles and sat quietly in my chair.
During summers, I liked to take things apart and put them back together, build forts, pick blackberries, and walk in the woods a mile behind our house. I was also encouraged to “start my own business” when I was 6. I started with harvesting and selling moonflower seeds in carefully hand designed and decorated envelopes. I made and sold soap, then started a neighborhood newspaper and collected stories from the kids and adults in our small community. Growing up in the country meant you went inside only to sleep and sometimes to eat. I have always loved being outside and enjoy nature above any toy or activity available.
My husband and I currently live on our farm in the Ozark mountains of north central Arkansas. We bought an old trout farm and have been bringing it back to life after 18 years of neglect. My “office” home sits on a hill above 3 ponds and has glass across the entire front of the main room where I work. I get to view God’s amazing nature all day long. Hummingbirds, songbirds, and even bald eagles can be seen from my work chair. We have deer, woodchucks, turkeys, minks, beaver, chipmunks, otters, muskrats, racoons, bear, coyotes, wild ducks, rabbits, squirrels, and even a mountain lion on our property. I cannot imagine a more wonderful workspace for me.
I have four children and six grandchildren. In 2010 I married a man that I adore, and he added three children and five more grandchildren to the family. I really enjoy when the kids and grandkids come for a visit. We catch fish in the ponds and crawfish in the streams, walk through the creeks, ride the ranger across the hills, swim and kayak the Buffalo River, visit caves, and go to antique stores and folk music festivals. The kids love to race around the wraparound porch and play “monster” with each other, all with loud high-pitched squeals and stomping of many feet. Those are some of my most treasured times. Their hugs and giggles keep me smiling and looking forward to their next visit.
I have lived in many places and even in Central America for a while. My happiest time is right where I am, spending time with family, and working with my amazing team.
Larry and me by one of our streams when we were hunting for pretty rocks and arrowheads. The clear cold water flows from one of the springs.
Morning glory is a view from my front window a few weeks ago. No editing or enhancement of colors. It was actually even more intense than the image.
The frost flower is created by moisture slowly seeping from the stem of a weed on a cold morning. When the moisture hits the cold air, it freezes and is continually pushed outward as more moisture seeps from the stem. They are too delicate to touch and melt when the sun hits them. Each one is different. They are an amazing miracle and reminder of our creator’s love and artwork.

Meet Nova & Indie
My name is Nova Scotia, but I go by Nova. I am five years old, but my mom would say I still act like I am two. My favorite activities include chasing squirrels, going on walks, and barking at the neighbor dogs. I love and need constant attention, and if I am not the center of attention I will pout. I had 6 puppies in July of 2020, and I can honestly say I was made for motherhood! I love sitting next to my mom when she works, cooks, sleep – I pretty much follow her like a duckling. There’s nothing I love more than my family (and maybe a cookie every now and then)!
Indie
Hi! I’m Indie! I am the youngest of my mom’s, Nova, 6 puppies. I was born on July 14, 2021, so I’m what they call a “Quarantine Pup” (whatever that means)! I’m super affectionate when I am not busy playing outside or with my friends. I love to lay my head on laps, smoosh my face into cute human faces, and snuggle next to my humans on the couch when allowed. I love digging holes in the backyard and getting super dirty, but I absolutely hate baths I have to take afterwards. I’m still pretty young, but thankfully my Mom is with me to help show me the ropes!
Meet GG & Kyuu
Meet Maggie
My parents adopted me when I was about 6 months old. Shortly after I was born, something really sad happened: my dog-mom got really sick and passed away. Me and my 11 brothers and sisters were bottle fed by a really nice man who really loved me. All of my siblings were adopted by nice families, except for me. My mom said that that’s because I was meant for them and they were searching for me. I guess my parents had been really, really sad after their other dog passed away. Dad secretly searched for me for months! When I met him for the first time, we knew we were made for each other. They both say that I’m “the best of all of the other dogs” they’ve had. My dad sends picture and story updates to the man that raised me. That really makes me happy!
Every single day, my mom goes through a mantra and tells me I’m good, beautiful, funny, kind, clever quirky, loving and smart. She also makes up poems and songs about me. She sings to me too, though she’s careful only to sing to me when no one is around. She says she “can’t carry a tune in a bushel basket” (whatever that means), but I love it; she says something about me being “tone deaf”. My dad laughs and says my mom is a “crazy dog lady”. She says she “wears that badge with pride”.
I love to do all sorts of things! My parents both say I’m the “neighborhood Gladys Kravitz”, though I don’t know who that is; I must know what’s going on with everyone at all times and absolutely can’t stand a closed or half-open door!
I love to play fetch with my dad, since my mom is “way too dangerous at throwing anything”! I also live for diving into the pool and if my parents aren’t careful, will even jump in when it’s wintertime! I love to sit at my mom’s feet while she works. Sometimes, I fall asleep while she’s working and I snore really loud!
My mom is teaching me to pick up things for her. When she drops a sock or something, she says, “Get that” and I pick it up and bring it to her. I also know how to shake, give a “high five”. One of my best attributes is to play a “Labradorian mind trick” on my parents to con them out of a treat. Mostly though, I give and get so much love, but am always happy for more!
