We have basic templates that come with every system, and a library of templates you can upgrade to as needed. Can’t find what you need in the library? No problem! We’ll customize any template to meet your specific needs.
You can also specify where your data goes. If you want your scored assessments going into a separate database instead of your EMR, just let us know. We can also send the data to multiple locations at the same time. Our number one goal is to make your data entry problems disappear.
You might need more than custom forms. If you want a new feature or want to send data to a different place in your EHR, PM, or research systems, just ask! We love brain-storming with our clients to find new ways to help.
