Clinical Quality Measures
Let us help you improve your MIPS final score with PatientLink. Quality measure data is collected directly from the patient and sent into the eletronic health record of the MIPS eligible clinician with little to no intervention by clinical staff.
Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS)
MIPS reporting requirements can be challenging, especially with patient-reported data. We can help individuals, groups, APM Entities, and Shared Savings Program ACOs collect quality measure datasets.
Some of the most common questionnaires we offer are:
- Preventive Care and Screening: Screening for Depression and Follow-up Plan (Quality ID: 134/PREV-12)
- Falls: Screening for Future Risk (Quality ID: 318/CARE-2)
- Preventive Care and Screening: Influenza Immunization (Quality ID: 110/PREV-7)
- Colorectal Cancer Screening (Quality ID: 113/PREV-6)
- Preventive Care and Screening: Tobacco Use: Screening and Cessation Intervention (Quality ID: 226/PREV-10)
- Breast Cancer Screening (Quality ID: 112/PREV-5)
- Depression Remission at Twelve Months (Quality ID: 370/MH-1)
Standardized Terminology
A byproduct of using the PatientLink forms is that it allowed IPS to standardize clinical terminology among all of its practices, which has helped with quality reporting. “We have a common, standard vocabulary for the chart across our enterprise and we can put exactly the right term in exactly the right place in order to data mine,” Livingston said.
