Job Summary: PatientLink is seeking a motivated results-driven and experienced Salesperson to lead our sales efforts in healthcare technology software. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Practice Management (PM) systems, a proven track record in sales, and a passion for delivering solutions that improve healthcare efficiency and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and pursue leads within the healthcare industry, focusing on providers, clinics, and organizations seeking innovative technology solutions.
· Sales Presentations: Present and demonstrate PatientLink’s healthcare technology solutions to prospects, showcasing the value and benefits of our EHR and PM integrations. Work with a great deal of independence to prepare and present advertising campaigns and product demonstrations with the goal of increasing opportunities and hitting sales goals. You will work remotely and occasionally meet with prospects and clients face to face through various tradeshows, user group meetings, partner events or similar functions.
· Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, needs analysis, proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
· Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and deliver tailored solutions. You’ll take ownership of both client acquisition and client retention, ensuring we’re not only attracting new business but also keeping our clients satisfied and loyal. Cultivate lasting relationships with clients through routine calls, periodic check-ins and/or face to face meetings when needed, seeking ways to increase customer adoption and satisfaction.
· Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to identify potential areas for growth.
· Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using our internal CRM software. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and forecasts.
· Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment with company goals.
· Analyze and Strategize: Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to identify user pain points, trends, and opportunities for product enhancement.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare technology industry.
· Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Must have a designated workspace that ensures a quiet and professional environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Existing network within the healthcare industry.
· Experience selling to healthcare providers, hospitals, or clinics.
· Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and healthcare compliance requirements.
